Ninja Ballet presents ‘Abun-Dance’, a Ballet, Neo-Classical & Contemporary dance and martial arts piece which mixes original choreography work for four women. It includes elements of ballet and modern dance, as well as Shaolin Kung Fu, Kali/Eskrima, Ninjutsu, and weapon forms, featuring long staff, sai, and sword works. Through dance and martial arts, the Warrior Woman will teach four women to transform negative past experiences into the fuel that will awaken them to their true feminine potential, enabling them to become strong enough to break through the obstacles that once held them down, to become the Warrior Woman within. 'Abun-Dance' is made possible by ChaShaMa's Immigrant Artist Performance Award

and the NYC Department of Cultural Affairs.
